The best and the most happening place in Pondy. I went to 2 to 3 places before visiting here and they were all empty. Asian House was fully packed. Highly recommend. Excellent food and great ambience.
Stopped at Asian House for some lunch after walking the streets of White Town and the Promenade. Finding out we were visiting from Australia, the manager set up an Aussie playlist. The food was delicious.
About Asian House
Asian House has been the OG pub of Pondicherry since 2005. You'll find us at 7, South Boulevard, right next to Rock Beach in White Town, a short walk from the Promenade and the French Quarter lanes.
From noon it's a relaxed bar and restaurant with a full kitchen: starters, Asian, Indian, tandoori and continental dishes, signature cocktails and Geist craft beer. At night it turns into one of Pondy's busiest dance floors and nightclubs, with a DJ every night playing Bollywood, Commercial and Regional, and a live band most Saturdays. On a busy night around 100 to 150 people share the floor.

On select days and events there is a cover charge at the door. It is redeemable on food and drinks inside. Entry policies can vary by night.
